"I found my first apartment through Realty Collective. It ended up being not so good. I know that Victoria usually only deals with landlords she knows are great, but this happened to be a new landlord they had never dealt with before, and turned out to be a bad one. The short version of the story is Victoria and Daria did everything they could to help us out, including contacting the landlord themselves multiple times and even coming with us to housing court. They were so helpful it was amazing. One of the few places that’s actually willing to go the extra mile for their clients. In addition to this everyone who works there is always super friendly and visiting the office is like going to see a friend, its so comfortable and welcoming. "The decision to sell our downtown Brooklyn apartment was difficult for my husband and me. My husband had been given an attractive job offer upstate, but it meant we'd have to leave an apartment we absolutely loved and move our family (which includes our toddler and his 13 year old Labrador) out of our Brooklyn home--quickly. "My husband and I fell in love for a beautiful townhouse in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Victoria and Tina (Realty Collective's brokers) were the brokers for the seller and they were amazingly helpful and instrumental in our negotiation with the seller. Even after we had already made an offer, they were always available to meet us and open the house for us more than a dozen times. As usual, buying a house is extremely stressful.
